Please send your order by email or instant messengers. Please send product model number, quantity together with your name, street address, city name, province name, country name, postal code, telephone number to us by email or instant messengers. We will issue proforma invoice accordingly for your confirmation.

a. Receiving parcel: Please check carefully when you receive the parcel(s). First thing is to check the seal status on the parcel. We put several seals on every parcel. If the seal broke when receive, please open the parcel and check the content inside the parcel according to airway bill and proforma invoice. If any shortage, please ask the courier to write down parcel content (quantity and "seal broken when receive") and sign his name on the airway bill.
Please send us email about the lose, shortage and damage on the same days of receive the parcel. Please take photo for any damage and send us in the email.
b. After sale service If there is any quality problem, please send us email. Please descripe the problem clearly so that we can understand well. We will feedback within 24 hours for all emails.
