1. Are your prices negotiable?

Prices showing on our site are retail prices for quantity from 1 to 5 units. Discount for bulk order as following:

1-5 units for one model: 0% discount
6-9 units for one model: 2% discount
10-19 units for one model: 3% discount
20-49 units for one model: 4% discount
50+ Please contact us for special discount

2. Does your prices include shipping cost?

No, all our prices don't include shipping cost. You can see FedEx courier freight for 1 to 20 units here.

3. Can I order one phone only? What's your minimum order quantity?

We don't have limitation for most mobile phones if you don't see minimum order quantity in product description page. You can order one phone only.

4. Why some models don't have price? How can I get the prices?

Mobile phones without price means the model is new and will be availabe in the near futhure, or out of stock, or price for this model is not available currently. If you want to know price, please contact us.

If you want to know prices for the mobile phones for them, please contact us by email or MSN, we will give priority to the models.

5. I didn't see a shipping cart and "Add to Cart" buttons on your site, how can I buy directly on your site?

All orders processed through email and live support. Please let us know mobile phone model numbers and your quantity by email. Please see details on How to Buy page.

6. What's the warranty of the mobile phones?

Warranty mobile phones is 6 months. Warranty for accessories is 1 month. Case and screen not included in any warranty. Please see details here.

7. Are the mobile phones locked or unlocked?

All unlocked.

8. Can I have my own logo on the phone?

Minimum quantity to have your logo on the phone is 5 units. For retail order, we only can put your logo on the phone by laser engrave if there was a place for the logo on the exist phones. Only grey color available for the logo by laser engrave. Cost is USD2.00 per unit. For big quantities, we can print your logo on the phone by silk screen printing for free.

9. There are some mobile phone item numbers of which we received are different from the item number showing on your Web pages, why?

The manufacturers don't supply a item number for them when they lanuch their new products, we have to sign it with our item number, such as "HM-xxxx". The manufacturer may sign it with a item number after sometime. Different manufacturers may use same item number for their products too. That cause the confusion of item numbers.

10. How can I install software and theme on the phone?

Only Windows mobile phones and Java supported mobile phones allow installation. Most phones doesn't allow software installation.

11. How to setup the GPRS and MMS in the phone?

Different service providers have different setting for GPRS and MMS, such as server name, user name and passsword. You have to contact your service provider for the setting.

12. Is it possible to add or install more languages to the mobile phones?

Not possible to add more languages.

13. Can you send me a price list of all your mobile phones?

We put all prices on this site once the price available. If you want to know the price for models with "US$0.00", please send us email containing the the mobile phone model numbers or ask for price through our live support system.

14. I want to resell your phone or be your dealer, what's the terms and conditions?

Basic requirement include experience in mobile phone business, resource to supply after sale service. You can see more information on "Resell" page.

15. How can I get your catalogue ( brochure)?
