How to Buy

Step 1. Select mobile phones on our Web site
a. Please select according to local or destation service provider's network and band.
b. Send us the model number, quantity, language you want together with your name, street address, zip code, city, province or state, country name and phone number by email or instant messenger.

Step 2. We check the availability of the mobile phones and confirm order.
We will issue proforma invoice for your order for your confirmation.

Step 3. Payment according to proforma invoice
Payment by Western Union or MoneyGram for retail order and wire transfer for wholesale order (for order amount over US$4,000). Please see payment details here.

Step 4. Shipment
It takes 1 to 3 days for us to prepare mobile phones after receive payment and another 3 to 7 days for courier delivery, 7 to 10 days by air, 12 to 35 days by boat.

We will send tracking number / airway bill number / B/L number by email after shipment.

Step 5. Receiving parcel(s)
Please check carefull when you receive the parcel(s). First thing is to check the seal status on the parel. We put several seals on every parcel. If the seal broke when receive, please open the parcel and check the content inside the parcel according to airway bill and proforma invoice. If any shortage, please ask the courier to write down parcel content (quantity and "seal broken when receive") and sign his name on the airway bill.

Please send us email about the lose, shortage and damage on the same days of receive the parcel. Please take photo for any damage and send us in the email.

Step 6. After sale service
If there is any quality problem, please send us email. Please descrip the problem clearly so that we can understand well. We will feedback within 24 hours for all emails.
