The provider does not collect information about you but does collect requests to Unsubscribe ("unsubscribes"). Special Offers

Haimei has relationships with business partners that provide a number of third-party products and services. With your permission, Haimei will notify you about special offers that may include links to third-party products and services.

Co-branded pages

When users access a special offer, they are taken to a co-branded Web page and in some cases the user is given the choice of buying a partner product at a special offer price or the product and service these partners provide. These sites do not share specific customer information with Haimei, only aggregated information about how many Haimei customers have visited the site and purchased a product.

Who we may share your information with?

In addition, Haimei retains the services of outside contractors to provide services for us. They may be used to ship products, provide technical support, or handle order processing. We require that these contractors keep the personal information of customers secure and confidential. We also require that these contractors use personal information only on behalf of Haimei.

As an international company, Haimei provides company information to our worldwide offices. The personal information that you have provided to us may be transferred to other Haimei offices around the world. For example, when European customers register Haimei products their personal information may be transferred to servers in the United States then transferred to servers in one or more of Haimei's international offices. Also, in certain countries our outside contractors might undertake the collection, transferring, storage and processing of your information.

Because we don't accept payment by credit card, we don't suggest visitors to input any credit card information on our Web site.

Haimei may utilize cookies from time to time. A cookie is a unique text file that a Web site can send to your browser software. Cookies enable a Web site to tailor information presented to you based on your browsing preferences. Haimei may use cookies to personalize your pages at our Service & Support Web site, or to remember you when you register our products or services. Please remember that information you submit in a discussion group or forum, like "Haimei User Forums", will be considered public information and is not confidential. There is a potential risk in such communication that information can be collected and used by others not affiliated with our company. Please be careful and responsible when you are online.

Website traffic

Haimei maintains log files of the traffic that visits our website, we may track domain names, IP addresses and browser types from visitors to our site. We use this information to track aggregate traffic patterns throughout the Haimei website. Such information is not correlated with any personal information. We do not link any information gathered in these log files to personally identifying information. Log files are used to manage traffic loads and information technology requirements for providing reliable service.

Business partners & co-branded site links

At the Haimei Web site, there are links to companies with whom we have a relationship. Haimei is not responsible for the privacy practices of our business partners. You are encouraged to read their privacy statements as their policies may differ from our policies.

We also link to co-branded web sites that are maintained by Haimei and one or more of our business partners. When you submit information to one of our co-branded sites you may be submitting it to both Haimei and our business partners and the privacy policies of these co-branded sites may differ from this privacy policy. We encourage you to read the privacy policies on any co-branded site to which you link for information on the privacy practices of that site.
Haimei uses third party provider(s) of e-commerce solutions to power its online store. When a user purchases a product from the online store, information about the customer, including name, address, and email address, is provided to Haimei Electronics.
These third party providers [TPP] request information from the user on the order form, hosted on their Web server(s). Here a user may be required to provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If there are problems with processing an order, this contact information is used to contact the customer. Your credit card information does not pass through the Haimei.com site under the terms of Haimei's agreement with TPP. TPP does not share credit card information with Haimei Electronics. TPP keep your credit card information confidential and protect your credit card information through the use of industry-standard Secure Sockets (SSL) encryption technology.

Policy changes

In the event there is a major change to Haimei's privacy practices, a notice will be posted on our web site. If the change involves the use of your personally identifiable information, the notice will contain instructions on how you can opt-out of such use.
