Return Policy
Genernal information
We will accept returns on products delivered in error, not as ordered, or quality problem which has to be returned for fix. All returns for products delivered in error, not as ordered must be authorized within 3 days of delivery to the seller.

Please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements with you about any return issue.
Conditions
1. Please only return the mobile phones after receive our confirmation.
2. Sender has to pay the shipping cost for return. We will not compensate the shipping cost if the damage or problem caused by user's faulty and improper use. We will send one 2GB MicroSD card to cover sender's shipping cost if it was a quality problem and warranty still valid.
3. If the mobile phones returned because of quality problem, but found no problem after return, we will not bear shipping cost for returning and sending again.
4. We don't bear cost of shipping, handling and repare for products which are out of warranty period, user's faulty, improper use...
How to return
Please let us know by email or live messengers if there was any problem. Please include proforma invoice number, model number, IMEI number ( by input *#06# ) when report problem.

Please do not send back the mobile phones by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or EMS to avoid high shipping cost and import duty here in China.

a. Please pack the mobile phone and battery well to avoid damage during transportation.
b. Please print out this two labels "return address" and "returned products" and stick outside of the parcel.
c. Please write "Mobile phone (returned product)" as product nameon both in airway bill and invoice for customs.
d. Please write "USD40" as price on the airway bill and invoice for customs. Please don''t write price more than USD40.
e. Please include an copy of the proforma invoice in the shipment. Please write down the problem of the phone in the proforma invoice. Please mention proforma invoice number in other shipping documents too.

Please note above 5 points are very important.
