Warranty Policy


1. To assure our clients with best after sales services, we guarantee 6 months for the mobile phone, 1 months for accessories and multimedia cards beginning from the date of proforma invoice. Screen and case not included in the warranty.
2. We guarantee includes only malfunctions due to manufacturing defects.
3. We will repair or replace at our option, any defective products or parts thereof the product to the consumer in working condition.
4. Upon request from us, the consumer must provide the proforma invoice number and IMEI number of the mobile phone.
5. The warrantee period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, authorized repair or replacement of the product. However parts repaired or replaced during warrantee period will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period of 30 days from the date of repair or replacement whichever is longer.

Our guarantee does not include:
* Abnormal use, misuse or improper storage.
* Handsets exposure to excessive temperature, breakage, liquids, moisture, dampness, steam, heavy sweat, high voltage or other such environmental conditions.
* Unauthorized repair and accessories.
* Repairing the handsets without authorization.

The warranty is applicable for all mobiles purchase from us only.
